Tammy was preceded in death by her mother Sandra (Bierworth) Crary and 'Graham Cracker' Ruth Bierworth.
Tammy is survived by her three children: Matthew (Liz) Dyer, Jordon (Jenna Manders) Dyer, Amanda (Ray) Lund; four grandchildren: Zoe and Asher Leitzke, Brynnlie Dyer, Aurora Lund; three sisters: Kimberly (Dean) Shemak, Karen (Dean) Jones-Tisdale, Nikki (Jerry) Allbaugh; aunt: Chris (Bob) Cary; many other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda. A celebration will be held at Sportsmen's Lounge and Supper Club in Muscoda, immediately following the visitation. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. prattfuneralservice.com
