Tammy Lee Wentworth, 62, of Muscoda, peacefully passed away on the morning of March 22, 2025, surrounded by her children and many loved ones. Born in July of 1962, Tammy enjoyed traveling, crocheting, photography, and expressing her faith in verses and through hymnals. Though her greatest passion was being a mother as well as 'The Great Ommipoo' to her grandchildren and helping others. Tammy dedicated her life to her family and a 30-year nursing career.
Tammy was preceded in death by her mother Sandra (Bierworth) Crary and 'Graham Cracker' Ruth Bierworth.
Tammy is survived by her three children: Matthew (Liz) Dyer, Jordon (Jenna Manders) Dyer, Amanda (Ray) Lund; four grandchildren: Zoe and Asher Leitzke, Brynnlie Dyer, Aurora Lund; three sisters: Kimberly (Dean) Shemak, Karen (Dean) Jones-Tisdale, Nikki (Jerry) Allbaugh; aunt: Chris (Bob) Cary; many other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda. A celebration will be held at Sportsmen's Lounge and Supper Club in Muscoda, immediately following the visitation.
