Tara Williams, aged 50, passed away peacefully in her sleep comforted by her loving husband and children on the twenty-second of January 2026. She will be missed.
Tara Harmann Williams was born January first, 1976, to Guy G. Hamann and Sheila Gaudin Bergeron in Metairie, Louisiana. Her childhood, with her brother Scott Hamann, taught her the lessons of compassion and the importance of working together.
In her adulthood Tara moved to Ponchatoula, Louisiana. It was there that she and Michael D. Williams raised their children, Peyton and Aubrey Williams. It was also there that Tara touched many lives in her calling as a Clinical Social Worker. Helping others was more than an occupation for her, it was her driving passion.
She is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her loving husband and children who will all remember her as a supporting friend as well as a kind and loving wife and mother.
Her life will be celebrated by a funeral mass at the Bagnell and Son Funeral Home at 75212 HWY 437 Covington Louisiana on the 29th of January, 2026 with visitation beginning at noon and mass at 02:00.
