Taylor William Burnett

Taylor William Burnett passed away on October 21, 2023, at 31 years old. He was born on June 24, 1992 along with twin brother, Terrance, in Denver, Colorado to D'Nae Smith.
Taylor and Terrance were officially adopted December 14, 1994. His parents, Theresa and Bruce Burnett raised Taylor, Terrance, and two brothers, Brooks and Matthew in Centennial, Colorado. Taylor attended Grandview High School but graduated from Eaglecrest High School in 2011, staying in the area. In 2018 Malik King Burnett was born in Littleton.
Taylor is survived by his twin brother Terrance, and brothers Brooks and Matthew, his son Malik (5), his mother Theresa and Father Bruce, his grandparents William and Jeanne Vreeke, and Dave Burnett, proceeded in death by Cheryl Burnett. He is also survived by his is biological mother D'Nae Smith and grandparents, Bennie and Vicki King, his half-brother, Aahmek Harris and many, many other loving family members and friends.
Taylor was always cracking jokes, smiling and lighting up a room with his infectious personality. He befriended so many and was fiercely loyal to all he loved. He had a special gift or quality about him that made you feel special and loved from nearly the moment he met you. Taylor will be remembered for his laughter and contagious smile he brought to any room for others and the memories he leaves behind with all of us. He will continue to be forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
