Funeral services for Teddy Joe Wise, 81, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 3, 2024 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with The Reverend Ken Coleman officiating.
A private burial will follow.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Teddy was born on March 5, 1943 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late June Sellers and Abner Wise. He was one of six children, two preceded him in death.
Teddy married the late Joyce Walker, his childhood sweetheart.They loved going on vacations and spending time with their grandchildren. He served in the Army from March 7, 1960 to September 15, 1961, when he was honorably discharged and later received full disability.
Teddy loved reading the daily bread, spending time with family, making jokes and always wearing a smile on his face.
Papa leaves to cherish his loving memory his brother Charles, sisters Linda and Margarette, stepdaughter, Tammy Smith, 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
