Terry R. Demarest, 80, of Union Township passed away the morning of June 6, 2025 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Born in Homestead, PA on July 31, 1944, Terry was the son of the late George R. and Helen Lutz Demarest.
Terry is survived by his beloved wife the former Elizabeth "Betsy" Leishman. The two were married on May 31, 1968.
Terry had worked for Reed Oil Co. as a Finance Manager, until he retired in 2007.
He had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Terry enjoyed the outdoors, going hunting and fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Terry is survived by his two children, Jamie Lorich and Steven R. Demarest (Christina), his sister, Donna Fife (Karl), four grandchildren, Jillian Lorich, Drew Drinkwater (Sarita), Jordan Dunlap and Nicholas Demarest and two great-grandsons.
Honoring his wishes services are private. Arrangements are by the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
