Terry Eckert Obituary
He was born September 8, 1944 in Windsor, PA. The son of the late Clyde Eckert and Romaine Grimm.
A graduate of Red Lion High School 1963. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He then worked as a truck driver for 35 years various companies in the area. He was a member of Dallastown American Legion Post 605, Red Lion VFW, Red Lion American Legion, Yorkana Gun Club. His hobbies were playing cards and marbles, reading, crossword puzzles and hunting stories, watching dirt track racing.
Including his wife Sandra, Terry is also survived by three children Pam Hougentogler (Tony L.), Bradley B Miller (Jamie), Terry W. Eckert, four grandchildren: Laken, Dustin, Tanner, Alyssa, a great grandchild Caden, a sister Doris Gemmill and family.
The services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. The John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 902 Mt. Rose Ave. York is assisting with arrangements.
