Terry Hahn Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Gilbert on Dec. 13, 2025.
Terry Allen Hahn, age 70 of Towamensing Township, Trachsville passed away with his loving family at his side on Friday, December 12, 2025, at his home.
Terry was born in Lehighton on August 21, 1955, son of the late Clarence (Sonny)and Geraldine (Zacharias) Hahn.
He had worked as a construction worker for A. Scott Enterprises, Inc., in Saylorsburg for many years.
Prior to working for A. Scott Enterprises, Inc., he worked with his father "Sonny" and brother Harry in the family business, C.D. Hahn Custom Concrete & Trucking in Trachsville.
Terry was a lifetime member of Jerusalem United Church of Christ in Trachsville. He had been a member of the Towamensing Volunteer Fire Company and Indian Mountain Rod & Gun Club, Kresgeville.
Terry known to many friends as "Gomer" was an avid outdoorsman. Terry loved to ski and teaching others to ski. He worked as a Ski Instructor for 40 plus years since the opening of Little Gap Ski Area, now Blue Mountain. He proudly taught his daughters and grandchildren to ski. Terry was always a hard worker being an expert concrete finisher, block and brick mason. He proudly built his house from the ground up. Throughout his life he enjoyed hunting, fishing, biking and kayaking. He was a skilled home builder, remodeler and woodworker. Terry was always there if someone needed a helping hand. In his younger years he enjoyed square dancing.
Terry was friend to all. He enjoyed summer parties with family and friends throwing horseshoes and playing volleyball. His "Red Car" could be found at many a car show or cruise over the years. Always a smile on his face and the life of the party. We all have fond memories of summer time at the beach building sandcastles with Dad & Pop-pop. We have been blessed with the presence of Terry in our lives. He will be deeply missed by his daughters: Jillian Adamson and spouse Byron of Lehighton, Kimberly Hahn and companion Adam Davidick of Hazle Township, and Michelle Chamblee and spouse Russell of Milford, DE.
He was the loving grandfather to: Sierra, Jeremy, Wyatt, Ava, Willow, Keith, Aj and Victoria who lovingly called him Pop-Pop.
Terry is also survived by his siblings: Larry Hahn and spouse Marie of Kunkletown, Betty Knirnschild and spouse Wayne of Palmerton and Barry Hahn and spouse Tara of Lehighton and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and a companion.
Terry was preceded in death by a brother: Harry Hahn.
