Terry Don Tate

Terry Don Tate, 61, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
Terry was born on June 15, 1963, to Emmagene (Page) and Gale Tate. He was raised on a farm in Laredo, Missouri. He married Kim Ross on February 20, 1993, in Humphreys, Missouri and they had three children: April (Clinton) Fenimore of Bethany, Missouri, Rebecca (Wesley) Bickel of Mercer, Missouri, and Samuel Tate (Dahlia) of Laredo, Missouri. He also had four grandchildren: Magnum Lee Fenimore, Laramie Kenny Fenimore, Hemi Jean Fenimore and Jackson Ray Bickel. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, Larry Tate, mother and father in-law, Kenny and Doris Ross, Grandbaby Bickel and granddog, Sparky.
Terry was a farmer, he enjoyed looking at his cows, drinking a little beer, teaching his grandkids onery things, watching Kansas City Chiefs football and giving his wife Kim grief. Terry enjoyed visiting with any and all who would listen, as he never met a stranger. He also loved playing with his dogs; Charlie, Rip and Miss Tindal. He was a manager, owner/operator and truck driver in the fuel industry. He lived all of his life in the Laredo area until moving to Humphreys.
A visitation for Terry will be held from 5:00PM to 6:30PM, Friday, February 7, 2025, at Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home in Milan, Missouri. A memorial service will begin at 6:30PM following visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mount Zion Cemetery, Humphreys, Missouri.
