It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theodora, a beloved member of our family and community. Born in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Theodora most recently made her home in Pensacola, Florida, where she touched countless lives with her warmth and kindness.

A Life Filled with Creativity and Compassion

Theodora was a woman of many talents and passions. She loved painting, art, and music, and dedicated much of her time to enriching her church community. Her artistic spirit shone brightly in everything she did, whether she was sharing her latest painting or lending her voice to the choir.

Sweets, Songs, and Smiles

Anyone who knew Theodora will tell you about her sweet tooth-she adored cookies, cake, ice cream, and anything deliciously sweet. Her love for music was just as strong, with favorite artists including Neil Diamond, Patsy Cline, Mario Lanza, Annetta James, and the timeless sounds of traditional Greek music.

Vibrant Interests and Athletic Spirit

Theodora embraced life with enthusiasm and joy. She loved Mardi Gras celebrations, cheered for the Saints, and could shoot hoops with the best of them. Athletic and lively, she sang in both church and school choirs, always bringing energy and positivity wherever she went.

Family Above All

Of all her joys, none surpassed her love for singing and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her favorite place in the world was Greece, a reflection of her deep appreciation for her heritage and family traditions.

Favorite Pastimes

Theodora enjoyed watching "SpongeBob," cooking shows, "Jeopardy," and "Wheel of Fortune." She was an avid fan of basketball and football, and her competitive spirit was matched only by her infectious smile that she wore every day.

A Legacy of Love

Theodora is survived by her loving family: daughter Christina A. Gill; sons Chris N. Varazo and Constantine V. Varazo; stepdaughter Nicki Lee Mac Rostie; grandchildren Gregory Gill, Nichol Liu, Dominck Totter, and Amaliah Johnson. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren Dakota Gill, Codie Gill, Alexi & Avianna Gill, Demi Liu, Nikko and Isiah Salter, and Primrose Varazo.

Her legacy is one of laughter, song, and unconditional love. Theodora will be deeply missed, but her joyful spirit and caring heart will live on in all who knew her.
