Theodore F. Zielinski, Jr. (Ted) age 69, Born in Coatesville, PA, passed away 12/9/2024
His parents both deceased, Helen Feaster Zielinski Barnes, and Theodore F.Zielinski Sr.. With the intense spirit of a warrior commander, he lost his battle to cancer.
Ted's was creative, and lured to music from an early age, mostly self-taught (in all things), with a passion for the blues (Jimi Hendrix like). With his keen abilities, he crafted his own guitar from "scratch".
He's done several treasured drawings (mostly portraits) for family and friends. He acquired detailed woodworking skills, restoring antique furniture, He lived in Philadelphia for the last few decades, has served in the US Navy and was a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan.and football enthusiast in general, sometimes with a strong expression of his opinions about it and other topics, without debate. Though, he was as a "people person" but mostly treasured his solitude.
Survived by 5 sisters: Fran Mattia (PA), Theresa Zielinski-Paisley (PA), Donna Zielinski (NJ) Penny Steczak (PA), Linda Coffman (TX) ; 1 brother: John Zielinski (TX); 9 nieces /nephews; 13 grand nieces/nephews; 1 great grand nephew: An Uncle William "Butch") (Carole) Eachus and Aunt Linda Lowe (Kenneth)
Relatives and friends invited to his burial on Tuesday December 17th at 2:00 PM at Washington's Crossing National Cemetery 830 Highland Road, Newtown,PA In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society
