Theresa M. Coccio, 97, wife of the late Paul E. Esler of North Coventry, PA passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Born on October 7, 1927 in Phoenixville, PA she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Fusco) Coccio.
She worked as a Waitress at the Perkiomen Bridge Hotel, West Company, Valley Forge Army Hospital, where she helped the wounded patients, and Computer Peripherals.
She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.
Theresa was involved in the ProLife movement with her sister, Julie.
She is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Reid.
3 Grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, and Julia Reid.
5 Great-grandchildren.
1 Great-great grandchild.
Brother, Joseph Coccia, Jr. and sister, Julia Durachko.
Many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Ernest, Francis, Peter, Anthony, Mary Ursini, and Josephine Martin.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 212 Dayton Street, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 10:00 am.
Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
A visitation will be in the church from 8:45 to 9:45 am.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Phoenix Center, 833 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
