Wallingford-Thomas Michael Brown, 72 of Rutland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Rutland Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
He was born May 1, 1953, in Rutland, VT, the son of Robert and Jane (White) Brown. Tom graduated from Mount St. Joseph Academy in Rutland and Champlain College in Burlington, VT.
Survivors include his mother, Jane Brown, siblings Diane Brown Ross, Randall Brown (Cindy), Dale Brown (Moni) all of Rutland, Timothy Brown (Sandi) of Londonderry, NH, Julie Sharon (Larry) of Wallingford and Mary Brown of Shelburne.
Tom was the best uncle to Chris, Nigel, Adam, Ashley, Eddie, Laura, Jeff, Danielle, Kari, Lucas, Nic, Tori, Brandon, Josh, Matt, Katie, and Mac, as well as eight precious great nieces and great nephews, many cousins and cherished friends.
He was predeceased by his father. Robert Brown Sr., brother Robert Brown Jr. and brother-in-law Nicholas Ross.
Per Tom's wishes, a private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are entrusted to Aldous Funeral Home.
