He was my manager in Engine, when I worked at Subaru. He was a kind gentle soul. He was always willing to stop and talk to me when I had questions. I will greatly miss him!

Tom would give birthday cards to members of his team. I always appreciated that. He would provide popsicles to associates on hot days. He looked after the associates. Tom would frequently reference SIA's ten principles, especially "Open communication builds mutual trust". Tom was an excellent mentor to me and many others.

I worked with Tom many years at SIA. He was my friend and I was his. I remember one Christmas shutdown he was handing out candy canes as we left the plant for shutdown. I got mine from him and offered him my hand as thanks, he didn´t shake my hand, he hugged me and I will never forget that. I know he is in Heaven!!!! Congratulations Tom

Pam and family, I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband and dad. My parents text me yesterday to let me know. Our family has so many memories of spending years doing Bible studies together and sharing fun with having such big families. I pray for peace and comfort during this most difficult time.
