Thomas P. Evans, of Pembroke, passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 57 after a long battle with Biliary Cancer. He was the son of the late Dorothy (Hilson) and Ralph "Chip" Evans. Tom was the loving husband of Maria V. Evans. Father of Katya S. Evans, Kelly S. Evans, and Julia G. Evans all of Pembroke. Brother of Paul Evans and his wife Ginny of North Carolina, Billy Evans of Gloucester, and Kenny Evans and his wife Christine of Hanover. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Tom was raised in Hanover where he graduated from Hanover High School. He then went on to obtain his bachelor's degree from Northeastern University. Tom spent his career in banking, most recently working as a portfolio manager for Eastern Bank.
Tom was an avid cyclist and enjoyed restoring classic cars and traveling with his family. Tom turned his love of cycling into a way to honor his friends and family by raising money for many charitable organizations. Above all, he was a devoted husband and father who always put his wife and daughters above all else.
