Although I only worked with Tom for a short time, I considered him an outstanding manager and leader. He was respectful of all individuals and it was clear that he cared for everyone on his team. In regards to business, he empowered his people, and was always there to support as needed with his deep expertise. He will be dearly missed.

It is with our most sincere condolences to the family of Tom Flanagan, I have not known Tommy for a long period of time , he was a friend of my dad when he was a member of the Alpine CC, Tommy was a very respectful gentleman that others respected and looked up to. After my last vacation with Tom in Florida as we roomed for the Cannoli Open you really got to meet Tommy, enjoy his company. It was my absolute pleasure to know him and to share the time that we had together. May he now rest in pease with our lord. I am sure our lord would enjoy his company also.

I met Tom in 2003 on a restructuring case at Fleet. From that time to our last conversation a couple of months ago, I always looked forward to catching up with Tom. Tom had a great aura - professional but gregarious.
My sincere condolences to Tom's family and friends.
