Thomas Hoffner Obituary

Thomas was born on May 3, 1922 in South Bend to Thomas and Frances (Tonk) Hoffner.
On December 14, 1946 in Mishawaka, IN., Thomas married Irene Bradfield. Irene preceded Thomas in death on April 25, 2002. Thomas was also preceded in death by his parents, a son, Robert L. Hoffner, a brother, Leo John Hoffner and his son in law, Walter Douglass.
Thomas is survived by two daughters; Sandra L. Douglass and Beverly J. (Larry) Annis, four grandchildren; Michael (Heidi) Douglass, Jason (Erica) Annis, Johnathon (Sarah) Douglass and Pamela (Michael) Byrne, eight great grandchildren; Daniel, Elijah, Elizabeth, Liam, Emma, Clark, Abby and Landen along with his brother, Eugene Hoffner.
Thomas worked for Dodge Manufacturing in Mishawaka and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in World War II being honorably discharged on April 24, 1946.
Private family services and burial will take place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger, IN.
Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka is assisting the family.
