He was born on July 31, 1962, in Martinsburg, WV to the late Charles Max and Mildred Ann (Mix) Hutton.
In his early working years, Thomas worked Construction and at Natural Fruit Orchards in the Falling Waters area.
He was of the Presbyterian faith.
He was a member of Boy Scout Troop #82 Bedington, WV.
Thomas enjoyed fishing, trapping, and hunting.
He is survived by his sister Sherry Wean of Martinsburg, WV; sister Betty Jennings of Martinsburg, WV; brother Richard Hutton of Falling Waters, WV; brother Robert Hutton (Betsy) of Martinsburg, WV; brother John Hutton of Falling Waters, WV; brother Joseph Hutton (Jeanette) of Martinsburg, WV; brother Damon Hutton of Martinsburg, WV; aunt Mary Hutton of Hagerstown, MD; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers Max Hutton and Phillip Hutton; sister Cheryln Henderson.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 10:00 am – 12:00 (noon).
Graveside services will be held at Harmony Cemetery Falling Waters, WV on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Dave Butler officiating.
