I met Tom when we were both employed at Ulster Savings Bank. We Immediately became friends due to our Love of sports. We constantly went to Yankee and Mets baseball games, NHL games, and College football games at West Point and the Meadowlands. Our most memorable times, though, came from our Mutual Love for the NFL. We followed the Packers to Green Bay, Cleveland, Canton, Charlotte, and numerous trips to Giants stadium. Tom was normally a quiet and reserved person but it was obvious these trips meant the World to him. He was so Excited and never wanted the trips to end! He would always purchase Jackets, shirts, or Hats to show where we had been.
Sports was so important to Tom but what made him an Amazing person and friend was his Love for his Family and friends. He was dedicated to his Parents, Brother, Sister In-Law, and Nephews. He always told me stories about them and was Very Proud of them all. As a Friend of Tom's, though, it was always obvious that his friends were his extended family. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was always so Honest and Loved sharing his time and giving a Helping Hand whenever it was needed. He looked forward to going to games with his friends. He always spoke so Happily of Mark, Jeff, Dave, Kim, Rick, Frank, and so many others! He was and is one of my closest Friends and I will always remember him. God Bless You My Friend and know We will always Love and Miss You! RIP My Dear Friend.
Love You
Brian P.

Have known Tom since we were kids, which is 55+ years ago. I remember him playing football in his backyard while wearing his "homemade" Zeke Bratkowski Green Bay Packers football jersey. We played baseball at Hasbrouck Park. In the last few years, we would go to 99 on Sundays and team up with Rob Darling and watch the football games. Now Rob and Tom are both gone. Will miss you, Tom. Now, you are with Mom, Dad, Rob and, all of those great Packer and Yankee players!
