Thomas Elmer Moore Sr. age 91 of Clarksville, passed on to his rewards on March 12, 2026 in his home.
Mr. Moore was born October 20, 1934 in Washington County, the son of Golden Moore Sr. and Margaret Nelson Moore. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and a member of the American Legion he was a Borden Class of 1954 graduate. Mr. Moore was in the Army and retired from the US Navy in 1980.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Nancy Knight Moore, who he married August 3, 1970. He is also survived by his children, Thomas Moore Jr., Dellis Moore, Cindy Moore and Chrisandra Lerma with his first wife, Dorris Holt Moore and his children, Brandon Moore and Brittany LaCroix. He is also survived by his brother, Merlin Moore and 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Mr. Moore is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers: Golden Moore Jr., Robert Moore, Marvin Moore, Lloyd Moore, Ronald Moore, Michael Moore, Rodney Moore and his sisters, Martha and Marilyn Coats.
Services will be held on Friday, March 20 at 1:00 at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Thursday, from 3-7P.M and Friday morning from 11A.M until the time of the service. Burial wil take place immediately after the service at Mt. Washington Cemetery.
