Thomas Richard Morrison, Sr., age 79 of Long Beach, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents, T.C. and Betty Morrison.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Nona Morrison; his children, Thomas (Kathleen) Richard Morrison, Jr. and Tracy (Don) Ballard; his grandchildren, Christopher Ballard, Cindy Ballard, Elizabeth (Brock) James, Sierra Morrison, Charles Morrison, and Joseph Morrison; his great granddaughter, Lilly “Princess” James; and his sister, Debbie Lossett.
Dedicated to his wife and family, he loved the outdoors, had a hard work ethic, was a proud veteran and supporter of the armed forces. Being a member of Antioch Baptist Church, he was a strong believer in God.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, with visitation beginning in the funeral home chapel at 9:00 am. Burial will follow the services at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach.
