I had the privilege of working with Tom for many years at ASO/NAVICP (Naval Aviation). He was a good person, unique sense of humor and always had time to help me understand about budget preparation and research.
We shared many a discussion on our walks home from work and often commiserated about various issues that affected us as veterans and civilian employees.
May God send his graces and blessings to his family and welcome him.

I worked with Tom in his first years at ASO when we worked in the operating budget shop. He moved on to the material budget shop and continued to excel. An extremely hard working guy you could count on to get the job done. We remained buddies over our work years and into retirement. RIP my friend.

I knew Tom from ASO/NAVICP. He was a great guy and he really knew his stuff. Wonderful sense of humor. The Navy was a better service for having him as an employee. Fair winds and following seas, Tom.
