Thomas “Tom” Laumeyer, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at the age of 79. Cherished son of the late Earl and Loretta A. Laumeyer. Dear brother of Robert (Carolyn) Laumeyer, Gerald (Deborah) Laumeyer, Michael (Kathy) Laumeyer, and Barbara M. (Nicholas) Caleca; loving uncle of Robert Laumeyer, Deborah Laumeyer, Kristine Burrichter, Laura McBride, Amy McNamara, Paul Laumeyer, Jennifer Sanderson, Andrew Laumeyer, Denice Laumeyer, Jason Laumeyer, Jeffery Laumeyer, Justin Laumeyer, Joshua Laumeyer, Mark McMenamy. Preceded in death by three brothers, Leslie (survived by Loraine) Laumeyer, James (survived by Connie) Laumeyer, and Donald (Gail) Laumeyer.

Tom proudly served in the United States Army. He had the privilege of traveling to all 7 continents. Tom volunteered during his travels - digging wells and working at schools. He also went on several archeological digs and was the photographer for all the artifacts and made many connections and friends during his travels. Tom adored Hemmingway's books on Africa which inspired his travels.

Tom was a beloved uncle and took care of his nieces and nephews during hard times. He was always willing to step up and take care of others. Tom was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's name to St. Jude Hospital.
