Tim Fidyk age 78, beloved husband of the late Gloria Jean; brother of Tina Pawlowski (Daniel), and the late Carol Freeman; uncle of Kimberly Grimm (Michael), Danielle Tilghman (Michael), Stephanie Pawlowski, Karie Pawlowski, and Joseph Pawlowski; great-uncle of Sahra, Annaleis, Ryleigh, and Matthew.
Tim passed away on May 12, 2024, with family members by his side. Tim was a 1964 graduation of Avon Lake, high school. After graduation Tim enlisted in the United States Navy from 1964 until 1968 where he was in Attack Squadron 153. Tim served a portion of his time aboard the USS Coral Sea.
Tim met his wife Gloria Jean in 1972, the two were married in Alexandria, Virginia on October 21, 1972 where they resided in the area for several years before moving to Silver Springs Maryland. And then back to Avon Lake in 1982 where Tim worked for Hitachi Data Systems. Later moving to Greenville, NC, He worked as a Buyer for TRW before retiring in 2012 in Lebanon, TN.
Tim was an avid Cleveland Sports and Washington Redskins Fan, enjoying attending many Football games with his Wife Jeannie no matter what the weather conditions. He also enjoyed playing rounds of golf with friends and family throughout the years. Tim also was an animal lover, and always had a cat or two throughout the entirety of his life.
