Timmy Alan Gamble II (Rudy) was born on Nov. 17, 1992 in Morgantown to Heather
Wolfe and Tim Gamble. He passed away unexpectedly on June 1, 2025.
Along with his parents, he survived is by his grandparents James and Iris Wolfe of Pentress with whom he had a special bond. Also surviving is his brother, Hunter Gamble (Desiree) of Jakes Runs and a sister Madison Poling (Joey) of Morgantown; nephews Chance Gamble and Oliver Poling; two half-sisters, Renae Snow (Desiree) and Diana Gamble; a step-sister Nikki Dille, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He had a very close bond with his cousin Katelyn.
He was currently employed at a venue cleaning company named CanDo. He considered many of his co-workers like family. Timmy was a very thoughtful and giving person. It was evident to anyone who knew Timmy that he had a very big heart and would do anything for anyone. He had a peaceful and calm demeanor and not a mean bone in his body. He was almost too kind for this cruel world.
He struggled with depression and addiction for many years. In recent years he was
starting to win that battle. But in the end the battle took him.
Friends may join the family to honor Rudy's life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover on Sunday, June 8th from 2:00 pm until the time of remembrance at 4:00 pm. Following the visitation and at the request of the family, Rudy will be cremated.
In lieu of flowers, please direct contributions to the funeral home to assist his funeral expenses by calling 304-292-9494.
