Timothy was employed by Huddle House as a Cook where he worked for 14 years. In his leisure time he enjoyed listening to ole school, and gospel music, watching crime shows on the TV, going to the beach, and spending time with his family and friends.
On Thursday, August 28, 2025, Mr. Timothy Lamar Barkley' name was called, and he answered and was set free from all sickness and pain. Rest now in peace and comfort, your journey has ended, battle fought, and victory won. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louberta Jester-Fambro.
Mr. Timothy Lamar Barkley leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Terri Barkley; and his children, Nykil (Phoenix) Rashard, Lekeshia (Sheldon) Barkley, Octavious Walker, Christopher Barkley, Ureka Barkley, Kareem Barkley, Ahmya Barkley, Jaylon Barkley, Zhavia Barkley, and Ah'Zion Barkley; 21 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at Burden's Funeral Home. Minister Gwendolyn Fambero is the Eulogist.
