Obituary of Timothy A David
Mr. Timothy A. David, 64, of Utica passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family at his side.
Tim was born in St Luke's Hospital in New Hartford, NY on June 22, 1959, son of the late George and Barbara (Lamont) David. He was raised and educated in Whitesboro. On August 2, 1986, Tim was united in marriage to Katherine Nasby, a loving and devoted union of nearly 38 years. Tim was proudly with HARC at Remington Arms, Illion NY for almost 10 years and at Hamilton College, Clinton, NY where he worked as custodian for 24 loyal years. He worked very hard on his radio shows at WHCL for many years. Tim's favorite things were making people laugh and having hours-long conversations over coffee. He had a great love of music, camping with family and friends, and he was an avid and proud poker player. ERFM
Tim was a dedicated family man and is survived by his wife Kitty, daughters Cassie Lanaux, Jessica David, son Timothy M. David, sisters Cynthia Decker, Patricia Kantor, brothers George David and his wife Cheryl, Gary David, grandchildren Shawn, Damien, Desmond Jr. Lanaux, Nathan David and one on the way. As well as many nieces, nephews, and friends he'd call family. Tim is predeceased by his parents George and Barbara, brother Thomas A. David and sister Lori David.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to pay their respects on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 4PM-6PM at Heintz Funeral Service, Inc. 1517 Whitesboro Street, Utica, NY.

What a devastating loss. I spent four years working with Tim at Hamilton College. So many laughs, so man life conversations. There were three things that Tim loved more than anything: His family always came first and his love for them was unwavering. Tim´s passion for music was amazing. And his passion for the game of poker. He absolutely loved the challenge to play better each week. He will be greatly missed and his impact on Hamilton College was and is very great. He taught us all a lot about life. God speed my friend. Lawrence & Aimee Van Garrett

Many of my childhood memories involve Tim, camping, new years eve parties and listening to music. He is easily one the best men in my life.
