Timothy "Tim" Easterling

Funeral services for Mr. Timothy "Tim" Germaine Easterling, 45, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 11 AM at the Saint Philip Missionary Baptist Church, 231 South Racetrack Street in Swainsboro. Reverend Larry Sherrod will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.
Tim was born on Monday, February 11, 1980, in Swainsboro, Georgia, to Martha Jean Easterling. He spent the early part of his life in Swainsboro before making his home in Dublin, where he spent the remainder of his years surrounded by family and friends.
Tim was known for his kind heart, his strong voice, and his unwavering love for those around him. His deep faith in God and his devotion to his family were unmatched. Whether through his infectious smile or his unforgettable sense of humor, Tim had a way of bringing joy and laughter into every room he entered. In addition, his love of cars and exceptional skill for washing them was always a pleasure for all of his family and friends.
Tim passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 22, 2025, of natural causes. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Martha Jean Easterling, grandparents, Annie and Buford Easterling, and his cherished son, Keondre Canady.
Tim leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, NyKedria Teyonia Smith of Hephzibah, Georgia ; his son, Jaylen Rashaad Williams of Twin City, Georgia, and his four treasured grandchildren: Madison Camille Smith, Gabrielle A'Riah Smith, Jermani Tameia Smith, and Jeriah Montrell Smith, all of Hephzibah, Georgia.
He is also survived by five loving siblings: Rodney Tito Brown of Dublin, Georgia; LaTonya Williams (Jason) of Wrightsville, Georgia; Kesha Easterling of Decatur, Georgia; Stephanie Easterling of McDonough, Georgia; and Tara Easterling of Stonecrest, Georgia. In addition, he leaves behind 14 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews, a host of aunts, numerous cousins and many dear friends.
Tim's presence in the lives of those who knew him will be deeply missed, but his spirit and the love he gave so freely will live on forever in our hearts
