Timothy Lee "Taco" Hannah, 61, of Newnan, died on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born October 25, 1963, in Newnan, he was a son of the late Cecil Lee Hannah and the late Ellen Christine Calhoun Jacobs. Taco was a member of Family Worship Center in Hogansville. He was a masterful painter and the proud owner of Hannah Custom Painting. Taco's love for fishing was evident to anyone who spent time with him, and he found joy in the serene waters that surrounded his hometown. His connection to nature was a testament to his Cherokee heritage, a lineage he held close to his heart and celebrated through his love of the land. Taco was a talented drummer, and had a knack for arts and crafts, creating beautiful, hand-crafted pieces that reflected his creative spirit.

Survivors include his sons, Timothy Michael Hannah (Karrie), and Matthew Lee Hannah; brothers, Danny Lee Hannah, Robert Wayne Hannah (Lynn), and George "Rocky" Jacobs; and grandchildren, Zach, Christian, Johnathan, Bella, and Jaden.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor James Calhoun officiating. Private interment will take place at a later date at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
