It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Timothy Joseph LaFriniere, who departed this life on November 8, 2024, at the age of 71 in Macomb, Michigan. Born on February 1, 1953, in Fraser, Michigan, Tim's life was marked by his sweet and humorous personality. He endeared himself to many through his kind nature and the countless cherished memories and stories he leaves behind, which continue to bring smiles to those who knew him.
Tim is survived by his beloved cat, Mister, who remained a loyal companion throughout his life. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Timothy LaFriniere, Victoria (Justin) James, and Alexandria (Michael) Nacelewicz, as well as his precious grand babies—Lincoln, Lucille, Emma, Alexis, Lukas, Edward, Jack, and Leo. He also leaves behind his brothers, Edward and David LaFriniere.
Tim's life will be celebrated at a Celebration of Life event on his birthday, February 1, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Macomb, Michigan. This gathering will honor not only Tim's memory but also the joy he brought to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mildred LaFriniere, and his brother, Kenneth LaFriniere, who welcome him into eternal rest. Tim will be dearly missed by his family and friends, and his spirit will remain forever in their hearts.
