Timothy James Mackow

Timothy James Mackow, a beloved brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on January 25, 2026, in Buxton, North Carolina, at the age of 53. Born on March 4, 1972, in Cleveland, Ohio, Timothy lived a life marked by passion, dedication, and love for those dear to him.

Timothy was the cherished son of the late James and Mary Mackow. He graduated as Valedictorian from The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, a testament to his remarkable talent and commitment to the culinary arts. For many years, he lent his skills and expertise to The Pattie Group, where he was known not only for his precision and work ethic but also for his warm and kind-hearted nature.

A man of varied interests, Timothy found joy in cooking exquisite meals, riding his motorcycle along scenic routes, and basking in the tranquility of the ocean. He took pride in the meticulous care of his lawn, always striving to get the lines in the grass just perfect. Above all, he cherished spending time with his loved ones, a value that defined much of his life.

Timothy is survived by his devoted sisters, Laurie Apple, and Cindy Mackow; his nieces, Tyler Apple and Danielle Apple; and his nephew, Austin Mackow. His absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who knew him.
