Timothy Charles Rupert

Timothy Charles Rupert was born September 21, 1995 to Timmy Charles Owens and Lytrisha Michelle Scott in Broward County, Florida. God granted him eternal rest on December 4, 2022 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, Tennessee.
Timmy relocated from south Florida to Oak Ridge, Tennessee on January 15, 2000 to live with his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Alfreeda Rupert.
He attended Willowbrook Elementary, Jefferson Middle School and Robertsville Middle School in Oak Ridge. He was a 2013 graduate of Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville. While a student at Hardin Valley, he was a member of the track and football teams.
After graduation, Timmy enrolled at King University where he studied exercise science.
He was a regular attendee of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Oak Ridge and the New Home Baptist Church, Chattanooga.
Timmy was a former employee of U-Haul, TownPlace Suites, and most recently, Quality Private Duty Care.
Timmy was blessed with a host of friends who described him as kind, positive, fun and encouraging. In his spare time, he enjoyed sports, playing video games, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory, devoted Grandparents, Joseph and Alfreeda Rupert (Oak Ridge, TN); father, Timmy Owens (Fort Lauderdale, FL): mother Lytrisha Scott (Dwayne) Kinchen (Shreveport, LA); maternal Grandparents, Seyautry (Calvin) Ruffins (Shreveport, LA); Great Grandmother, Ruth Shannon (Oak Ridge, TN); four brothers, Tykwon Owens and Tyrelle Owens (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Tiorge Scott and Tiorion Scott (Shreveport, LA);two sisters, Timera Rupert (Nashville, TN) and Tikyra Watts (Shreveport, LA); Devoted girlfriend Adriana Stuart (Clinton, TN); Devoted friend Vontavious Oneal (Knoxville, TN); God- gifted Great Grandparents, Robert and Frances Randle (Oak Ridge, TN) and a host of other relatives and friends.
