Tina Marie Voska Frans, 64, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones at the Dove House. Born on July 18, 1960, in San Diego, California, she was the daughter of the late Ken Voska and Liz Lovings.
Tina grew up in Virginia Beach, where she forged lifelong friendships that remain strong to this day. Her deep connections with family and friends were a constant source of joy throughout her life.
Tina was the beloved wife of the late Wesley Allen Frans, with whom she shared 44 wonderful years of marriage. She will be remembered for her love, kindness, and the warmth she brought to all those around her. Tina's heart was always with her family, and her life was a reflection of her deep care for others.
She is survived by her children: Nichole Frans, Allan Frans, and Kenny Frans (Megan); her grandchildren: Bridge Buffaloboy, Haley Frans, Madison Buffaloboy, Olivia Frans, and Abigail Frans; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Hill, and her sister-in-law, Pamela Sue, as well as her beloved sister, Barbara Jameson.
A celebration of Tina's life is being planned, and details will be shared once the date has been set.
