Tina Lynn Holland, age 52, of Marion, Illinois, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, January 15, 2024 at her home from complications of pneumonia.
Tina was born March 31, 1971 in Marion, Illinois, a daughter of Carl and Marsha (Howerton) Burnett. Upon completion of local studies, she attended training to become a Cosmetologist and received her degree, while working up to three jobs and raising three children. Her proficiency in the art of hairdressing and makeup, as well as her one-of-a-kind personality, gained her lifelong clients as well as a dedicated group of friends. Her passion for her trade as well as her devotion to friends and family was inspirational. She was very active in many charities and charitable events and was well known for her generosity and caring nature. She married the love of her life, Larry Holland on October 14, 2000 in Marion, IL. Tina was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Marion.
She is survived by her husband Larry Holland of Marion, IL; five children, Sean Holland of Spotsylvania, VA, John (Jennifer) Holland of Crestview, FL, Brandi Holland of Virginia Beach, VA, Hailey Holland of Seattle, WA, and Dylan Holland of Seattle, WA; two grandchildren, Mason Holland and Daegan Holland; her mother Marsha Burnett of Marion, IL; and one brother, Matt (Tami) Burnett of Pittsburg, IL. She is preceded in death by her father Carl Burnett and one brother, Brian Copher.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Blue Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024, 11:00 AM at Blue Funeral Home with Rev. John Burnett officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church.
