Tina Anne Leopard, 53, of Tuckasegee, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Tina was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County and a daughter of John Leopard and the late Freda Mae Messer Leopard.

Tina was a beloved daughter. She loved and cared for her parents endlessly. Tina was a graduate of Smoky Mountain High School and received a degree from SCC. She dedicated 38 years as a loyal employee at High Hampton Country Club in Cashiers where she had an expert ability to provide guests with the best service possible.

Tina was intelligent and had a wonderful sense of humor. She loved her family and her dog Stella. She provided many happy memories to her family and will be missed dearly.

Tina is survived by her father John Leopard and preceded in death by her mother Freda Leopard. Tina is also survived by two uncles Bill (Brenda) Messer, and Wade (Marketta) Messer, and one aunt Linda (Elmo) Smith, along with many cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2025 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Reverend Eddie Stillwell, Reverend Ethan Fortner, and Mr. Jake Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Shook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tina's honor to St. Jude’s's Children's Research Hospital.
