Tiny Larry Robinson, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather, left his earthly body and entered the arms of Jesus on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the age of 71. He was surrounded by the love of his family and left behind a legacy of strength, commitment, and steadfast devotion to those he held dear. He was born on November 12, 1954 to Claude Leonard Robinson and Oveda Jean Manning. At the age of 17, he enlisted in the United State Military, serving in the United States Marine Corps. After serving three years he came back home, met and married the love of his life, Jeanette Lauramore. They were married on July 2, 1976, and for the last 49 years they have created a beautiful family together; raising four daughters, celebrating the births of fourteen grandchildren, and witnessing the arrival of two great grandchildren. Tiny will always be remembered for his ability to take apart an engine and rebuild it so it ran stronger and smoother. He loved being under the hood of an old car. He was our “go to guy” when it came to building, creating or fixing anything. In our eyes he could do it all but most of all he will be remembered for the way he loved those around him. He is survived by his beloved wife: Jeanette; his children: Tracy (JimBob) Register, Tina (Jamie) Rowe, Tonya Robinson, and Tara Robinson (Terry Florio); his grandchildren: Hayleigh (Michael), Cassidy, Gracie, Izzy, Ryder, Kylie, Gavin (Cheyenne), Raegan, Morgan, Hudson, Carson, Tana, Tinsley, Taytum, and two great grandchildren: Teagan and Brinley; brother: Claude (Trish) Robinson Jr. of Glen St. Mary and sister: Sandra Bish of Ohio. Numerous nephews, nieces and other family also survive. Tiny was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather: William J. Crews, and brothers: Roger Robinson and Danny Robinson.
Tiny will be missed more than we could ever say and though he is no longer here with us, his love and his life lessons will live on in the hearts of his family forever. We rejoice in knowing he is no longer in pain and he is in the presence of Jesus. We know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and we will miss him until we see him again in Heaven.
Services to celebrate Tiny’s life will be held 12:00pm, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Christian Fellowship Temple, 251 W. Ohio Avenue, Macclenny, Florida with Reverend JimBob Register officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00am, the morning of the service at the church. Guerry Forbes Funeral Home of Macclenny is honored to serve the Robinson family.
