Tiziano Orsi was born November 7, 1948 in San Macario in Piano, Italy to Giuseppe and Lorenzina Lucia Orsi. He died April 15, 2025 in Enumclaw Washington. His family immigrated to St. Louis Missouri when he was 10. He went to a Catholic school where his classmates told him Tiziano was "Tony" in America. To his father's disappointment, the name Tony stuck. The Orsi family lived on Dago Hill in St. Louis, an all-Italian neighborhood. There, they worked for all-Italian companies and only spoke Italian in their home.
Tony married Fayette and became a father to Michele Giovanni "Mick" Orsi at 22 years old and later Lorenzina Anna "Loren" Orsi. With his second marriage, Tony became a stepfather to Bob Tam and Kim Pratt.
Tony liked street racing in St. Louis, snowmobiling, skiing, Harley Davidsons, and road trips pulling a trailer with his beloved pick up truck "The Princess". He had a home in Costa Rica, a place he loved. Tony had a group of friends who enjoyed playing cribbage. He is mourned by family and friends in Costa Rica, Italy, Australia, and the USA.
He is survived by his wife, Dianne; son, Mick (Katie) Orsi; grandchildren, Vince and Austin Orsi, and Audrey, Baron, and Mack Peterson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Loren on March 16, 1999, following a car accident; his parents Giuseppe "Joseph" and Lucia Orsi; and brother Roberto "Robert" Orsi.
A rosary vigil will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 2pm at Weeks' Enumclaw Funeral Home 1810 Wells St. Enumclaw. A celebration of life potluck will follow at 3:30pm at the Masonic Hall 42810 264th Ave SE, Enumclaw.
In lieu of flowers, please plant a fig tree in memory of Tony, he loved his fig trees.
