Todd was a graduate of Ohio University.
He was an inventory controller for Windsor Eyes, Pennsauken.
His mother, Rita Barbara Torf Levine, died in 2021
Surviving are a son, Ari Levine; his father, Martin Levine; a brother, Jamie Eric Levine; a sister, Robyn Bradley; and his partner of 22 years, Suzanne Fortune.
Graveside services will be held at the Hebrew Benefit Society Cemetery, Route 33, Freehold Township on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at noon. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
