Funeral services celebrating Tomas' life will be held at Happy Trails Cowboy Church, 1017 CR 1024, in Glen Rose, Texas, at 12 noon, on Friday, May 23, 2025.
Tomas was born on May 16, 1943, in Hatfield, Arkansas, to the late Harrison and Edna Gill. He proudly served his country serving in the US Airforce. Tomas married Terri Roberts on August 27, 1990. Tomas enjoyed music and was an excellent craftsman. His moto in life was always to "Give God the Glory!" Most of all, Tomas enjoyed spending time with his family – particularly his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tomas is survived by his wife, Terri; children, Terry Gill, Luke Gill, RaeLyn Blakley, Edna (Trevor) Gill, Thom Gill, Jr. and Stephany (Bill) Fisher; by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great- granddaughter; his brother, Alvin and wife Betty Gill; and by his sister, Dorothy Jackson.
In addition to his parents, Tomas was proceeded in death by his sons, Tony Gill and Tommy Joe Gill; and by his brothers, Allen Gill and Charlie Gill.
