A Celebration of Life for Tommy Lee Hanson, 76, of Lone Oak, is scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Lone Oak Baptist Church, with Russell Mims officiating.
Mr. Hanson passed away April 26, 2025, at his home in Lone Oak. He was born July 27, 1948, in Greenville, to Lindon Walker & Johnnie Francis Smiley Hanson. Tommy graduated from Lone Oak High School Class of 1966 and then served in the US Army in Vietnam. He was a welder and a "Jack of All Trades". Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Cory Lee Hanson.
Survivors include his wife, Michelle Hanson of Lone Oak; four daughters, Tonya Lohman and husband Shane of Jefferson, Ashley Key and husband Brack of Dallas, Charli Holt and fiancé Bryan Abbott of Bells, and Maggie Hanson and fiancé Trent Reed of Lone Oak; brother, Danny Hanson and wife June of Lone Oak; twelve grandchildren, Amber, Michael, Kattie, Jonathan, Skyler, Mason, Silas, Karson, Suzie, Jalynn, Ripp, and Remi; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
