Presque Isle: Tony Nason passed away peacefully June 7 2025 at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle after a 16 month battle with cancer.
He was born in Houlton, November 29,1965 to Ervin and Wyona (Nason) Russell. He grew up in Enfield Connecticut and returned to Houlton when his father retired in the 1980's.
He will be remembered for his hard work ethic and being the proud Dad to son Stephen. Tony enjoyed riding the trails in his side by side and snowmobile but his favorite hobby was riding his Harley. He is predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his son Stephen Nason and his fiancé Tawny Cookson of Hampden. His extended family David and Tammi Easler, Katie Easler and Dylan Fox, and their daughter Kinsley that he was very excited to meet. Abbie Easler all of Washburn. His constant companions Charlie, Sadie, Jax and Waffles that stayed by his side every day. He is survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Special cousins Amy Botting, Cheri Williams and Darlene Ewing. Good friends Ricky Jordan, Derrick Kinney, Tom Raymond and Devin Cyr. He had a strong group of friends and enjoyed his Pepsi crew. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Burial will be at the Linneus Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bowers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be shared www.bowersfuneral.com
