Born February 29th, 1984, Tracey Hart, a radiant soul, departed this world on October 22nd, 2024, at the age of 40. A lifelong Cleveland resident, Tracey's legacy is etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Tracey was a force of nature. She possessed a unique ability to find humor in life's challenges, often leaving those around her in stitches. Her laughter was as contagious as her kindness. No matter what came her way Tracey persevered, working tirelessly to provide a brighter future for her children.
Tracey graduated from Cleveland State University. Her career as a social worker and therapist allowed her to help others, reflecting her kind and empathetic nature. Outside of her professional life, Tracey enjoyed spending quality time with her loved ones, traveling, and indulging in good food, games and cookouts.
She was a fighter, a survivor, and a true inspiration. Her dedication to her children was evident in everything she did.
Despite life's challenges, Tracey's spirit remained unbroken. She faced adversity with courage and emerged stronger.
Her sudden passing leaves a void that can never be filled.
Tracey leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. She is survived by her cherished children, London, Hartlynn, and Princeton; her loving mother, Kim; her father, Eddie; her brother, Chuck; and her sisters, Nicki and Nita. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Juanita, and her niece, Janice. She is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews who loved her dearly.
A Celebration of Tracey's Life will be held Saturday, November 9th, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Busch Funeral Home, 4334 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109, with a repast at the funeral home following the service.
As we gather to remember Tracey, let us celebrate her life, honor her memory, and find comfort in the love and support of one another.
