Tracey Theroux ObituaryTracey Theroux, 63, passed away peacefully in her Harwinton home on November 2, 2024. She
was born on June 14, 1961 to the late SaraLee Fischer.
Tracey held many positions in her life, her favorite of which was working with her husband John
Theorux and their beloved dog Roscoe at JT's Auto and 4x4 Repair. More than anything else,
Tracey truly enjoyed spending quality time outdoors with her family. She was at her happiest
when traveling with them, whether it be out west to Montana, up north to Portsmouth and Lake
George, or on her yearly trips south to Florida. Her favorite destination by far was her summer
home away from home, the campsite at Prospect Lake Park. Regardless of where she was,
she always loved spending time outside, enjoying the quiet stillness of nature, and watching the
sun rise and set over the horizon.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Talsania, and her staff at the Smilow
Cancer Center, along with Dr. Whalen and all the staff in the radiology department. Their
compassion and quality of care over the past four years have been second to none. The family
would also like to thank Hartford HealthCare at Home Hospice Care for their support and
kindness.
Tracey is survived by her loving husband, John Theroux, her four children, Rachel Rubino, Vincent Rubino,
Morgan Rubino, and Madison Rubino, her stepdaughter Michelle, their grandma Janet Theroux, Tracey's best
friend "Auntie Debbie" Debra Telman, and her little buddy Roscoe.
Tracey was predeceased by her father-in-law Bertrand Theoroux and her beloved mother
SaraLee Fischer.
