His personality shone bright—he was a warm-hearted individual who took great joy in serving those around him. Tracy's generosity and willingness to assist would leave a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his devoted mother, Gayle Jaye. Tracy's legacy continues through his beloved children: Morgan Munger and her husband Jason, Dalton James, Michael James, and Isabella James. He also found great joy in being a grandfather to Mia and Millie, who brought him immense happiness.
Tracy's family circle includes his sisters: Gina Buckner and her husband Emory, and Lacie Streeter and her husband Eric. His brother, Jason James, along with his niece, Aleesha English (Lucas), and nephew, Bryan English and his wife Stephanie, will remember him fondly.
