Travis George Mudrich, passed away on April 20th, 2025, at the age of 30. Born on May 4th, 1994, in Hollywood, Florida, Travis was a devoted husband and father, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Travis proudly served his country as a Motor Transport Specialist in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years, where he operated and maintained military vehicles. He was also a platoon Sergeant for his unit and was awarded the National Defense service medal, Sea Service medal, Navy Meritorious Conduct medal, Marine Corps Conduct medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service medal. Travis also received a letter of appreciation for volunteer work and work with the Family Readiness Officer where he coordinated and assisted with events for families who have service members deployed.
Travis could often be found in his garage working on his Jeep or on his tactical sewing projects, or playing video games. He cherished spending quality time with his wife and children. A loving father, he especially enjoyed taking his kids to fun and exciting activities, creating fond memories with them that will be treasured forever. Known for his kind heart and sense of humor, Travis brought joy and laughter to those around him.
Travis is preceded in death by his brother, Tyler Mudrich. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly four years, Allison Mudrich, and their two beautiful children, Charlotte, age 6, and Jack, age 2. He also leaves behind his parents, Linda Jean Mudrich and Michael Ferdarko; his brothers, Michael Ferdarko, Jessee Ferdarko and his wife Trinity, and Coty Mudrich-Ferdarko and his wife Adriana; his sister, Ashley Cruz, her husband Manuel, and their children Ivan and Alexis.
Travis's warmth, humor, and love for his family will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
The family will be accepting visitors on Thursday, April 24th from 6-8PM at Johnson Funeral Home. There will be a brief visitation on Friday, April 25th at 2PM followed by a Funeral Service officiated by USN Chaplain Jim Pulizzi at 3PM with United States Marine Corps Military Honors, also at Johnson Funeral Home.
