Troy Davis Obituary
Born on December 5, 1952in Saint Petersburg, FL, he was a son of the late Troy Davis Sr. and Mabel (Niblack) Johnson.
Troy was a truck driver until retiring in 2015.
He was an avid Facebook user which enabled him to stay in touch with many friends and family.
In addition to his wife Stephanie, he is survived by four children; biological daughter Ashabi Davis (James Landon), beloved and devoted daughter Aisha Dawkins (Shawn Watkins-Hawk), loving daughter Erica Fennell (Daryl Johnson Sr.), loving son Reginald Dawkins; nine siblings, Frederick Davis "Pee-Wee", Anthony Davis "Joe-Joe", Gregory Davis "Rock", Lynn Cross, Edward Robinson "Boo-Boo", Vickie Johnson, Matt Dudley "Big Dudley", Leon Mckay, Robert Lee Davis; sixteen grandchildren, Jah-Tavia "Bop", James "Ya-Ya", Jesse, Nasire "Nas", Destiny, RayShawn, Daryl "DJ", Amora, Adriel "Bell", Davon, Ishmael, Jackson, Sophia, Azaria, Micah, Jenna; three great grandchildren, Jah-Myra, Jah-Lonnie, Josiah; ex-wife, Shirilla Davis and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister Angela Davis and three brothers, Donnell Davis, Wade Cross and Ricky Davis.
Services will be held on Thursday, February 26th, at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, Stroudsburg with viewing beginning at 3:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 4:00 PM with Bishop Dr. Kenneth L. Pearman officiating. Private cremation will follow.
