Obituary of Troy Lee Webb
Troy "Papaw" Webb, 68, passed from this life surrounded by immense love following a sudden illness. Troy lived, worked, and loved his family in Louisa, Kentucky. Troy enjoyed spending time visiting family and sitting around a campfire trading tales and stories, all while doting on his grandchildren. He will be missed by a host of family and friends.
Troy married the love of his life, Edna, on June 7, 1981, becoming a loving father that he did not have to be, to four children who love and adore him and know him as Dad. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Edna, his parents Chester and Shirley Webb, as well as a sister, Kathreen Johnson and a brother Delmer Webb. He leaves behind his children Angela (Kenny) Frazier, Trish (Frank) Copley, Bobby (Jannie) Skeens, and James (Bernice) Skeens; grandchildren Chandler Frazier, Chelsey (Dakota) Sturgill, Christopher (Angel) Copley, Caitlyn (Trey) Parson, Brandon (Kimberly) Skeens, Whitney (Keith) Harris, GlynDavid (Klair Hubbard )Skeens, and Alexis (Jacob Smith significant other) Skeens, siblings Vonda Kay Webb, Anna Faye Johnson, Wilma Stambaugh, Darlene McCoy, Jane Bowling, Larry Webb, Wayne Webb, and Dean Webb; as well as fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday June 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Lenwood Campbell and Bro. Kenneth Frazier officiating. Troy will be laid to rest at the Burchett Cemetery on Morgans Creek.
Friends may visit the family on Monday June 23, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
