Troy John Williams was born and raised in Newburgh, NY. He was born to his late mother Elsie Wilson and his late father Joseph Williams. He graduated from Newburgh Free Academy. He was a hard worker and worked many years as a line cook at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh NY and at the VA Medical Center Castle point, NY.
Troy was a selfless and kindhearted man who would do anything to help someone in need. His main concern in his lifetime was his wife Nadine Rehm, his children, and his large adoring family.
Troy leaves to cherish his memories to his wife Nadine, his sisters Nancy Churchill and Kim Wilson. He is also lived on by his son Roberto and his wife Jennifer Williams, daughter Precious and her husband Bryan Williams, and his wonderful grandchildren Jayden, Blake, and Maya Williams.
He is predeceased by his twin brother Roy Williams whom he now joins in heaven.

Visitation will be held Wednesday January 10th at Brooks Funeral Home from 11am-12pm followed by Burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
