Trudy Hasselbach Obituary
Trudy Hasselbach, 81, of Fremont, OH passed away on September 29, 2025 at Valleyview Health Campus with her loving family by her side. She was born on September 2, 1944 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Lionel and Helen (Good) Lawrence. Trudy was a 1962 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
Trudy married Loren Hasselbach on February 8, 1964 in Fremont and he preceded her in death on September 3, 2023. She was a cook at Vanguard Vocational School and retired after thirty years of service. Trudy enjoyed spending time in her flower garden and loved cooking and baking.
Trudy is survived by her sons, Todd (Julie) Hasselbach, Fremont and Terry (Rosa) Hasselbach, Oak Harbor; grandchildren, Lindsey (Steve) Miller, Perrysburg, Jennifer (Jamin) Lozano, Fremont and Audrey Hasselbach, Oak Harbor; great grandchildren, Adeline, Bridgette and Gavin Miller and Isabella Lozano; brother, Gary (Betty) Lawrence, Canal Fulton, OH.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 10 to 11 am at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH.
Memorials can be made in her honor to the Sandusky County Humane Society, 1315 N River Rd, Fremont, OH 43420.
