Mr. Tyrone James Walton, age 80, beloved husband of 52 years to Mrs. Frances Joanne Walton, entered into rest on Monday January 13, 2025.
He is survived by his sons, James Grady Walton, Hubert E. Walton, Sr. (Katie); daughter, Linda Williams (Chris); step daughters, Sheri Ann Murphy, Terri Ann Aderholt; grandchildren, Hubert Walton, Jr., Christian Walton (Lauren), Joshua Walton, Leila Ober, Shelby Nixon, Brooks Williams, Brystol Williams, Madison Williams, April Joanis; great grandchildren, Emma Lee Walton, Linkin Ryan Walton; and brother-in-law, Danny (Angie) Woodward.
In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by his parents, Grady James and Florence Inez Walton.
Mr. Walton was a truck driver and security guard for Shaw Industries. He was a member of the Vaucluse United Methodist Church. Mr. Walton was known as being a funny, outgoing person and made many friends along his journey. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
A funeral service honoring his life will be held on Saturday January 18, 2025 at 4pm in the chapel of Napier Funeral Home & Crematory with Tim Harley officiating. The interment will follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening January 17, 2025 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Brooks Williams, Wesley Bodie, Hubert Walton, Jr., Christian Walton, Joshua Walton and Mark Adams. Masonic Lodge #99 of Graniteville will serve as honorary pallbearers.
