Valerie Sutich passed away peacefully on March 30, 2021, at the age of 68. Valerie was born May 26, 1952 in Chisholm, Minnesota the daughter of Adelyne Olive Skyberg and Anthony Joseph Peter Sutich. She attended college in Reno, Nevada and in Utah and received a degree as a medical technologist.
Valerie would hang around her father's horse barn as a kid until he finally gave in and bought her a horse. She had a home with land for horses and was passionate about caring for them and horse riding.
She enjoyed doing "fill it ins", joking around with people, spreading joy, old time country music, talking to neighbors, playing bingo, western films, going for drives, t-shirts with clever sayings or animals, and milkshakes. Those close to her made sure she had her fill of milkshakes over her last few days.
Graveside services for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.
